I think version 11 represents the most significant change to the user interface of all of them. I struggled a little to re-learn my tried-and-true methods for enhancing, correcting, and generally massaging my pictures. However, now that I'm becoming more familiar, I'm finding that there have been enhancements to the functional aspect of the software. Many of the familiar functions, such as the cloning tool, lighting adjustments, etc., work much better than in version 7.
