At this price you wouldn't be able to get one tool at that grade for this price. With that said i'll move on to my quick review.The item was shipped in a priority mail envelope (the kind you ship paperwork in) and was mangled by the time i received it. The item wasn't damaged, but doesn't the vendor realize that the USPS will provide you with FREE priority mail boxes!!! The case itself holds all of the tools fairly well but is on the cheap side. It is made of vinyl and is on par with the cases you get with those inexpensive manicure kits, also mine was a burgandy color, not black. You get a good assortment of instruments. I won;t go though them all but they cover pretty much any thing you would need in an emergency. The shipper also includes a pair of bandage shears, great! The only tool it doesn't have that you might like are sutre removal shears, but they are easy to find here in amazon...
